Overview: A class project to create seamless patterns to later print on physical material.

Challenges: To make a visually interesting pattern while also ensuring that it is completely seamless. Avoid any clipping of the pattern and find a way to layer the pattern onto itself to make it seamless. Avoid making the pattern appear as if it was just tiles of repetitive squares.

Solution: For the crown pattern, using diagonal lines and a brick type of layering allows for the pattern to look more seamless. The honeycomb pattern incorporates bees and honey to help make the pattern look more natural as opposed to only repetitive hexagons. The gore and eyeballs had natural shapes which made it challenging to make them fit together into a seamless pattern.
