Thrown to the Wolves Campaign
Overview: The Delta Center for Economic Development requested various campaign materials for their high school innovation competition, Thrown to the Wolves. I was required to make digital graphics, flyers, forms, and other required graphics for the event. Each promotional item required specific information depending what it was used for. Such as advertising flyers needing information for students and teachers. Sponsorship application forms had information geared towards any interested party in becoming a sponsor.
Challenges: Creating visually engaging graphics for social media and for print marketing. Creating an easily accessible form for print and digital submission for competition and sponsor applicants.
Solution: Create the form using InDesign. InDesign is an important tool for type layout as well as creating an interactive pdf for applicants that wish to submit online. InDesign's paragraph and character styles tools were a great help in making the forms as well as grids in order to keep text looking consistent across all pages. I created the digital graphics through Illustrator. The appearances panel was an extremely helpful tool in making all of the materials.
